What Is Fiscal Sponsorship?
Strong Home Starts Foundation is fiscally sponsored by Christian Ministry Alliance. That means that we operate as a "project" under their 501(c)3 status.
You donate to Strong Home Starts through Christian Ministry Alliance. So the donation is sent to Christian Ministry Alliance, with the specific designation of Strong Home Starts. The money is kept separate from any of their other funds and is designated only for charitable use by Strong Home Starts.
Christian Ministry Alliance ensures legal compliance and proper use of funds, as well as manages the administrative side of a 501(c)3.
